去年6月26日，Rachel Grae在他的instagram發布了一則 reel （https://reurl.cc/Ke7oM9），他清脆又宏亮的嗓音馬上就抓住了我的雙耳，我從她的歌聲感受到太多難以言喻的情緒，再細看歌詞的內容，讓我久久不能自已。但當時這首歌尚未在各大平台發布，我不定期回去檢查這則貼文的留言以及 Rachel的Spotify，我等了超過一年才終於等到這首歌發行，真的太感動了！

這是一首關於失去的歌。生命終有消逝的一天，我們會隨著年紀增長而經歷失去愛人的苦痛，小時候我以為老了無病纏身在睡夢中死亡是再正常不過的事情，所以覺得奶奶年紀大了在醫院病死，就是最讓人難過的事情。然而世界上卻有很多的不幸是我從未經歷，卻每天都會上演的悲劇，像是一個疾病、一場意外、一個天災或一場戰爭等，它們帶走了某些人的至親、手足、摯友和摯愛。

儘管我很幸運未曾經歷過，我仍明白這會是一輩子的傷痛，永遠不會消逝。謝謝 Rachel寫了這首歌，擁抱著失去過的人。（原文撰於2023/10/14）
